Memorial Weekend

For Memorial Weekend we went to Greeley to visit my dad and Diane. We got there Saturday afternoon and the kids wanted to start playing right away. We practiced our T-Ball, played with Salita the neighbor girl, rode our bikes and practiced casting with our new fishing poles. We were able to go fishing on Sunday morning and then go the races at Colorado National Speedway. The kids enjoyed picking out the cars they wanted to win. On Monday they had a neighborhood BBQ which was a lot of fun. It was a great weekend!

Dad and Diane

After we were done fishing, we took the kids to the pool. They had a great time and loved playing in the fountain. It wore them out so much, they fell right to sleep in the car.

We took the kids fishing for the first time. We didn't catch any fish, but found a toad. The kids really liked casting with their new fishing poles and watching the worms be out on the hooks. It was a fun afternoon! Thank you Diane for the fishing poles.

Noah had more fun catching craw dads.

Noah found a toad but didn't want to touch it, so Kaitlyn held it for awhile. Then we put it in a bucket for awhile and then let him go.

Here is what is left of the kitchen. You can see the sink with the cleaing products still under the cabinet along with the dishwasher.

We drove by the tornado damage that was in Windsor near Greeley. Here is a 2x4 that shot right through the side of the jeep. It was sad to see peoples home detroyed and all the stuff they lost.

Noah's Last Day of School

Noah had his last day of school May 23. They had a field day and were able to participate in many different activities.
