Scott surprised the kids the other night by bringing home a Christmas tree. It smells so good and looks so pretty at night. Thank you daddy!!

The kids enjoyed decorating the Christmas tree and eating the candy canes too!

Noah's Christmas Program

Noah had his Christmas program last week at ECA. Pre-K boys were dressed up as Joseph. They sang three songs throughout the night. Noah was a little nervous at first but he loved to wave once he found us in the crowd. This is a picture of all the family who was able to make it to the program. Thank you everyone for sharing in Noah's special night. Scott and I appreciate you joining us.

Hawaii

We were able to take a trip to Maui, Hawaii for 8 days the day after thanksgiving. There were 8 of us who went: My Mom, Grandma Velda, Aunt Gayle, Great Aunt Dorothy and the four of us. We had a wonderful time and were able to see many things. The kids really enjoyed the pool and seeing the whale jump out of the water. We were able to go to the beach, drive to the top of a volcano, eat out and just relax in the warm weather. We can't wait to back again.

All of us at Bubba Gumps

Aloha Tropical Plantation was a beautiful place we just happened to find driving by. They had a train ride that took you all over the park and you were able to see all the different types of plants and foods that grow on trees.

Scott was very gracious to drive all of us around in the van. All 8 of us managed to fit in the van. Poor guy, he was always stuck in the car with 6 ladies. Thank you sweetie for all your patience!

Kaitlyn picked out a oyster that had a beautiful pearl inside. We made a necklace for her for Christmas.

The hotel offered classes for the kids to take almost everyday. The kids loved going and they made: ornaments, candy necklace, keychains and a picture frame.

They had this really neat shipwreck that the kids loved to play on.

We stayed at the Marriott where they had 3 wonderful pools to play in.

Happy 31st Birthday Scott

We celebrated Scotts birthday early because we were going on our trip to Hawaii. The kids and I decorated the table for him and had 4 cups of ice cream with candles in them. It was a great surprise for him when he came home from work.

Kaitlyn enjoyed opening up Scotts presents

Thanksgiving at school

Noah's class had a thanksgiving party that Kaitlyn and I attended last week. They played games, like pin the tale on the turkey, read books, had craft time and ate some yummy snacks. We had a wonderful time and Noah helped Kaitlyn out with the different activities. He was being the big brother, for sure!

The teacher was gracious enough to let Kaitlyn join in the class. She had a blast!

The children made a tree and wrote what they were thankful for on each leaf.

Lets Paint The Box

Noah found this box at Scotts office and wanted to take it home. For about 3 days he wanted to paint it. The kids had so much fun playing with this box. Talk about cheap entertainment.

Trick or Treat

The kids and I went to 9 houses on our block while Scott stayed home to hand out candy to the other trick or treaters. Not too many people were handing out candy in our neighborhood. Kaitlyn didn't want to dress up. She had a choice between a Princess Dress and this pumpkin outfit. She didn't want to wear either but when it was time to go outside, she choose the pumpkin.

Scott and Noah being silly

The kids got these wonderful bags from Grandpda Dan & Grandma Cindy for halloween. They were filled with all kinds of neat toys. Each bag had their names on them too. What a cute idea!

Carving Pumpkins

Kaitlyn had fun helping Scott with the pumpkins. Noah didn't like the smell of the pumpkins, so he watched a cartoon instead.

We started out the afternoon going to church so the kids could play some games and get candy. They had so much fun! Kaitlyn didn't want to dress up but Noah enjoyed being "Bob The Builder"
