A Long Weekend Trip!

Scott and I took a trip to Palm Springs by ourselves. We had a great time! We ate at many good restaurants, took a couple of tours, went horseback riding and did some shopping. All in all, it was a wonderful 5 days!

We took a tram up to the top of this mountain to have a sunset dinner! You could see for miles at the top!

We ate at the famous "Bing Crosby" Restaurant! It was a 10!!!

We took a hummer ride up to the top of the mountain to see the "Joshua Trees"

We were standing right in between the North American Plate and the Pacific Plate on the San Andreas Fault Line! You could see the water bubbling up from the crack!! It was really neat! Palm trees grow in this remote area in the middle of the desert because of the two plates grinding together and pushing the water up.

Samantha, Carrie and I have been friends since the 2nd grade!

Noah took his golf club (that his Great Uncle Jeff gave him) to lunch with us at Patty Jewett. He was determined to go putting. So, after lunch we borrowed a golf ball from a gentlemen and he had so much fun!!
